2025年2月11日，菲律宾贸工部发布公告称，应菲律宾纸浆和造纸制造商协会[The Pulp and Paper Manufacturer’s Association of the Phils.(PULPAPEL)]提交的申请，对瓦楞原纸（Corrugating Medium）发起保障措施调查。本案调查期为2019年至2023年。涉及东盟税号48051910、48051990和48051200项下的产品。
