2025年9月29日，印度商工部发布公告称，应印度国内企业Aquapharm Chemical Limited和Excel Industries Limited提交的申请，对原产于或进口自中国的有机膦酸酯（Certain Organophosphonates - Phosphonic Acids viz.HEDP acid ATMP acid and DTPMPA acid in all their physical form andconcentrations）发起反倾销调查。涉案产品的印度海关编码为29182910、29221990、29314990、29315900、2931 9019、29319090、29420090、38099200和38249900。本案倾销调查期为2024年4月1日至2025年3月31日（12个月），损害调查期为2021年4月1日至2022年3月31日、2022年4月1日至2023年3月31日、2023年4月1日至2024年3月31日及2024年4月1日至2025年3月31日。
